Join us for a powerful evening of celebration and purpose as Today’s Youth Matter (TYM) hosts its 2nd Annual Legacy Dinner Celebration—an inspiring event highlighting transformation, hope, and the future of our youth.
We are seeking passionate and friendly volunteers to help make this event a success! You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while supporting a mission that transforms lives through faith, mentorship, and community.
🎟 Registration & Check-In Host: Welcome guests, manage check-in, and assist with seating.
🖊 Silent Auction Host: Ensure guests are directed to the silent auction, assist bidders, and close out items.
🍽 Table Host Coordinator: Support table hosts, ensure guests are connected and cared for throughout the evening.
🛠 Set-Up & Ushers: Assist with décor, room set-up, and guest flow before and during the event.
🧹 Clean-Up Crew: Help reset and clean up event space following the celebration.
Whether you can serve for a few hours or the full day, your presence will help TYM create a warm, seamless, and inspiring experience for every attendee.
Volunteer Shifts Available:
Shift 1: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Event Set-Up & Preparation)
Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Event Operations & Guest Support)
Full Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Full-Day Event Experience)
